Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

    • We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 3 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1pm on any day will be processed on the next business day.

      Shipping Rates:

        • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

        International Shipping:

          • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international orders, and customers are responsible for paying these additional charges.

          Order Tracking:

            • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.

            Delivery Issues:

              • In the event of a delivery issue or if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

              Return and Refund Policy

              Eligibility:

                • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

                Return Process:

                  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns made without an RA number will not be accepted.

                  Refund Processing:

                    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

                    Return Shipping:

                      • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

                      Exchanges:

                        • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

                        Damaged or Defective Items:

                          • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
